Position Summary:

Boisset Collection is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Tasting Room Busser to support an exceptional guest experience at our tasting room. This hands-on role is vital in maintaining a clean, polished, and welcoming environment for all guests. You'll assist with tasting preparation, support the hospitality team, and play a key role in ensuring the property looks its best each day.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Tasting Room Support:

•  Keep guest areas clean, tidy, and visually appealing throughout the day.
•  Assist team with wine tastings, setup, and preparation for guest tours.
•  Restock tasting room and merchandise displays as needed.
•  Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

•  Wash and polish glassware and other service tools.
•  Maintain clean floors and surfaces; handle recycling and trash removal.
•  Remove and clean covers from outdoor furniture daily.
•  Keep dry storage and supply areas organized.

Team Support & Communication:

•  Proactively support staff by fulfilling requests and anticipating needs.
•  Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report restocking needs.
•  Assist in food prep, events, shipping wine orders, and other team projects.
•  Follow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Professionalism:

•  Arrive on time in proper uniform, ready to work.
•  Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and collaborate well with others.
•  Attend team meetings, trainings, and tastings as scheduled.
•  Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Requirements:

•  Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.
•  Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
•  Flexible availability including weekends and some evenings.
•  Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
•  Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
