What You'll Do:

• Work closely with clients and implementation teams to evaluate business requirements then quickly translate that information into technical solutions (approximately 75% of time will be building technical applications and 25% working on business strategy).
• Build software applications for client projects.
• Participate in requirements gathering and user story creation.
• Provide solution demonstrations to clients throughout the project implementation.
• Work with your project team to implement, test, and document functionality of applications.
• Work with clients to identify and remediate issues and technical risks early.

Who We Are Looking For:
Groundswell is seeking technical consultants interested in using technology to solve challenging business problems. This is an on-site position based out of our McLean, VA Headquarters.

Required Qualifications:

• 0 - 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related area.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for technology.
• Experience with database development (through classwork or professional work).
• You are dedicated to learning new skills, professional growth and delivering strong results to clients.
