Insight Global is seeking a Voice Engineer to join a large financial firm local to the New York/Jersey City region. In this role you will be responsible for over 700 Turrets on the trading floor. Some job responsibilities will include configuring Turrets, setting up metric IDs, testing calls etc. In addition, you will be working closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure everything is operating up to standard. There will be occasional ad hoc weekend work as needed.

-Experince working in the financial industry at one of the following (Tier 1 Bank, Hedge Fund, or on a banking / trading floor)
-Hands on experince working with Turret Systems (ability to look up metric IDs, test calls, configure lines etc,)
