License: Active DE RN license required
\tNon-residents: Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing; in-person fingerprinting required in Delaware. Results take 3–4 weeks post-visit.
\t\tExperience:
\tMinimum Home Health experience required
\t\tOASIS experience required for RNs
\t\tCoverage Area: 50-mile radius from base (local rate applies)
\tWeekend Staffing: Nurses remain within familiar territory
\tOption to take a weekday off prior (alternate day off)
\t\tOn-Call Details:
\t4:30 PM – 8 AM shifts (split into 4:30–8:30 PM or 8:30 PM–8 AM)
\t\tNight calls are rare and handled initially by non-clinical staff
