**UK Inside Sales Representative**
Direct Sales Stansted, Essex Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **Competitive** Blancco UK are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and team orientated Inside Sales Representative for our fast paced, high potential software sales environment.
This is a UK based role (although currently remote to Covid-19) and does require someone who is experienced in working remotely and ideally in an ISR role (although not essential) as well as being confident in engaging existing customers and prospects either as warm or cold engagements. The successful candidate will need to be very organised in respect of managing their day-to-day business including managing leads, planning engagements, and managing opportunities against key performance metrics.

The UK Sales team is on a year-on-year growth trajectory and the Inside Sales Rep role is a critical part of achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Unlike other ISR roles, here you will have the ability to take on as much responsibility as you are able to manage and with that goes the opportunity for greater reward. There are no minimum sales thresholds to be met before you start earning commission and you can earn unlimited commission accelerators once you hit quota!
The successful employee will work with a Senior Account Manager (SAM) and will be trained to sell the entire Blancco portfolio of erasure products, process improvement solutions and Professional Services and be able to take training on broader sales skills to enhance their general sales skills and career.
On a day-to-day basis, the Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for both direct sales and sales through our partner channels and have responsibility for account management of assigned accounts as well as the management, qualification, allocation and reporting of inbound sales leads within the sectors of the SAM. Overall this is a broad and varied ISR role which would suit someone looking to develop and broaden their current career in Sales or use their highly tuned organisational, planning and customer communication skills to move into a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage workload and objectives as assigned by the Senior Account Manager.
* Manage assigned accounts and engage new business prospects.
* Source new sales opportunities through working with other team members on inbound lead follow-up, outbound warm/cold calling and emails.
* Manage inbound leads and report on opportunities to the Sales Management team as needed.
* Working with the Sales Development Rep and Marketing, conduct research into accounts and prospects, identifying key players, develop market campaigns.
* Generate pipeline by identifying opportunities in the market and professionally articulating Blanccos value proposition to target customers.
* Attend events and customer forums both online and in person around the UK.
* Maintain and expand prospect database within assigned sector/verticals.
* Understand customer needs and requirements.
Key Experience:
* Must be able to organise and prioritise your own work.
* Must be able to work individually and as part of a team.
* Must be confident in dealing with customers and prospective customers.
* Confident phone / Web meeting persona.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Proficient with Office 365 specifically email, Excel and PowerPoint and ideally web presentation tools.
* Strong listening, questioning and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Desirable Experience:
* Inside Sales experience.
* Proven sales experience in Software and/or IT.
* Track record of quota achievement.
* Working with or selling into Finance, Insurance and Healthcare markets.
* Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM database software.
* Cold calling experience.
* Outbound Campaign experience.
