Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Intake and Data Entry Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, empathetic, and proactive, with a commitment to high-quality client care.
Schedule: 9:00AM to 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time
Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Average amounts of calls expected (Inbound and Outbound): 16+
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Complete and process forms as required.
Qualify clients based on established criteria to ensure proper service alignment.
Manage and update CRM systems to maintain accurate client records.
Perform follow-ups (FUPs) with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries.
Handle inbound calls and provide professional assistance to clients.
Conduct intake and data entry accurately and efficiently.
