We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule social media content as well as planning content ideas (Instagram, Facebook, potential YouTube + podcast)
• Assist with email marketing campaigns (MailerLite or similar)
• Research and reach out to potential clients, collaborators, or podcasts
• Help with lead generation (engage in communities, following up with leads)
• Assist with light admin tasks (organize files, track metrics, update CRM / spreadsheets)
• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and ways to grow visibility

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills (comfortable writing captions, emails, or messages in my voice)
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with self-management
• Experience in marketing, client outreach, or admin support (preferred but not required)
• Interest in health, wellness, or coaching industries is a plus!
• 5 hours per week with potential to grow
• EST or CST (must have overlap of EST)
• $265 per month
