We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Virtual Personal Assistant {Remote}, you will provide administrative support to our executives, manage schedules, and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to prospective students regarding our programs, admissions process, and financial aid options
- Assist current students with their inquiries about courses, schedules, and other academic matters
- Communicate with website visitors to offer support and assist them with navigation
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all chat interactions
- Continuously learn about HGST's academic programs, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our online visitors
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to develop effective strategies for engaging with online visitors and increasing enrollment
- High School Diploma - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in typing and computer skills
- Able to multitask and navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with the field of theology or higher education is a plus
