Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to handling guidelines. Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipping and unload incoming shipments. Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet appearance standards and safety requirements. Participate in taking inventory counts according to guidelines. Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership. Provide valuable input to management for process improvements. Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns. Act independently within your area of responsibility. Assist management in achieving budgeted goals. Perform tasks accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures. Follow ergonomic practices as per established guidelines. Operate equipment safely while performing job functions. Notify management regarding any quality, safety, or sanitation issues. Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse. Work in varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and refrigerated environments. Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
