Our warehouse employees typically work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments. Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $25.25, Year 3 - $26.00, Year 4 - $26.00, Year 5 - $27.00 Duties and Responsibilities: We welcome you to apply if you can perform the following duties with or without reasonable accommodation: Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders from our stores. Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to handling guidelines. Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipping and unload incoming shipments. Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet appearance standards and safety requirements. Participate in taking inventory counts according to guidelines. Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership. Provide valuable input to management for process improvements. Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns. Act independently within your area of responsibility. Assist management in achieving budgeted goals. Perform tasks accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures. Follow ergonomic practices as per established guidelines. Operate equipment safely while performing job functions. Notify management regarding any quality, safety, or sanitation issues. Ability to work independently and within a team. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements: Be prepared to: Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds. Move merchandise for store deliveries. Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse. Work in varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and refrigerated environments. Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
