Duties and Responsibilities

• Front -End Development

  • Design and implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JS

  • Design concepts into functional and visually appealing interfaces

  • Optimize front-end performance to ensure a smooth user experience across various devices and browsers

• Back-End Development

  • Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases and APIs to support front-end functionality

  • Design and implement scalable and secure back-end services

• Integration and Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Integrate front-end and back-end components to create a cohesive and efficient application

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack to ensure smooth operation and high performance

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in development

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team development processes and technical stack

• Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, UX Developer, or Back-End Developer

  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)

  • Strong understanding of web security principles and best practices

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Able to work 100% in-office at our Garland, TX location
