We are in search of a Web Designer with experience working in Bloomreach. The role is fully remote, 40hr/week through end of the year.

Current project priorities:

• Moving articles from current CMS (Hybrid) to Bloomreach: basic design + content building; not a strategic role, task oriented.
• Branding ideas around B2B site (logos, headers) branding experience a PLUS.

Responsibilities:

• Develop web pages, microsites, and emails from initial briefs. You’ll work through options and present potential solutions with minimal direction, and participate in a constructive feedback process, incorporating changes or defending your approach where necessary. You will use your design knowledge and experience with front-end frameworks and in-house standards to create web pages and emails that meet both business and technical needs.
• Build within HubSpot to build out emails/landing pages/CTAs to ensure brand standards, as well as work with our IT team to implement these elements on our website.
• Provide compliant HTML and CSS to support all our web properties and ensure it is compatible with major browsers and devices.
• Ensure that our websites are following best practices and ready to take advantage of new technology by staying up-to-date with new and developing technologies and design trends. You’ll bring a unique design sense and help shape the look and feel of our digital presence. Provide creative solutions to design and UI challenges for web and email properties.
• Review content and requirements as working through projects to ensure they meet the needs of the solution you are crafting. Work with project manager and stakeholders to update and revise content as needed.

• 3+ years experience working on large-scale websites, Jira, and Hubspot.
• Bloomreach CMS experience required
• Hubspot implementation/building new components experience a must
• Nice to have: B2B ecomm website, promotions experience
• Understands email; Nice to have: Litmos.com for email testing
• Branding experience a PLUS
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Ability to write in a clear, concise, and organized manner for the intended audience.
• Self-Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Ability to set priorities, goals, and timetables to achieve maximum productivity. Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Web Content Layout: Must have a flare for well-organized web content layout and the ability to create beautiful pages from wireframes with little art direction.
• Marketing: Ability to translate marketing messages into all digital mediums/platforms including social, web and mobile.
• Design / UI: Knowledge of design/UI strengths and challenges for the desktop and mobile web, as well as iOS and Android.
• Responsive Design: Understanding of responsive design and experience building sites that work well on multiple screen sizes.
• Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS\
• Figma a plus
