The Weekend Birthday Party Host is vital to ensuring our party guests have the best experience possible! The Party Host is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, setting up and re-setting party rooms, entertaining children, resolving any complaints, and addressing any guest comments or questions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and other staff members
• Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
• Ability to gently enforce rules and behavior guidelines
• Ability to handle groups of children
• Ability to engage customers (of all ages!) in conversations
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities:

• Prepare facility for upcoming birthday parties/events
• Responsible for set up and clean up of party room(s)
• Welcome Birthday Child, family, and all guests
• Escort guests to their party room and ensure they have everything they need
• Create a FUN environment and supervise guests while using common areas of the facility
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and presentable

Schedule:

• 12-15 hours per week including Fridays (typically afternoons and evenings), Saturdays (day shift), and Sundays (day shift). Hours may vary dependent on customer bookings)
• Must be available at least 3 weekends per month

Benefits:

• $14.50 per hour
