Our client, an accounting and tax software provider , is actively hiring a Workplace Investigator to join their Ethics team!

*This is a 5 month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating a variety of EEOC concerns related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other reported incidents . You will be partnering with HR business leaders and in-house counsel while also interacting with employees to handle the end-to-end investigations.

Responsibilities :

• Perform complex investigations from intake to completion, including conducting investigative interviews of employees, reviewing, analyzing, and synthesizing documents
• Summarize and organize information and documents as part of the end-to-end investigation process
• Draft detailed investigation reports

Skills:

• Juris Doctor is preferred
• Certifications from the Association of Workplace Investigators, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners
• 5+ years of experience conducting investigations, preferably at a private or publicly-traded company
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar case management system is a plus
