$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Position Overview

Very successful, boutique firm in existence for decades has a new opportunity due to growth. The position is responsible for the day-to-day accounting for commercial, business, and multi-family residential properties. The office is small with a great family-like culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for properties.
• Perform bank and commercial reconciliations.
• Manage AP and AR invoicing.
• Assist Property Managers with accounting-related functions as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in Real Estate/Property Management Accounting.
• Familiarity with RE software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
