Primary **

• Oversee daily accounts payable and receivable tasks (excluding invoicing)
• Reconcile cash transactions and monitor payment activity
• Keep accurate records using QuickBooks Desktop (Pro or Enterprise)
• Assist with generating internal reports and managing Excel spreadsheets
• Support monthly close operations and help monitor inventory

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and working knowledge of Excel
