Bishop & Company is seeking an  Accounts Receivable Clerk for an association management company in Honolulu.

• Collect, record, and post daily client association payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Process daily deposits, including lockbox, online, and ACH transactions.
• Post returned payments and assess late fees when applicable.
• Generate and distribute monthly accounts receivable reports.
• Respond to accounts receivable inquiries from clients and internal staff.
• Enter new applications and update the owner bank account information in the system.
• Provide courteous customer service at the AR window by receiving and processing in-person payments.
• Maintain accuracy and accountability in all cash-handling responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related accounts receivable or cash-handling experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

• Job Type:  Temporary-to-hire opportunity
• Pay: $18-22/hr DOE
• Location: Honolulu, 96813
• Parking: No parking available, but we provide up to $70 toward a monthly bus pass.
• Hours:  Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
