Bishop & Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for an association management company in Honolulu.
Key Responsibilities: - Collect, record, and post daily client association payments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Process daily deposits, including lockbox, online, and ACH transactions.
- Post returned payments and assess late fees when applicable.
- Generate and distribute monthly accounts receivable reports.
- Respond to accounts receivable inquiries from clients and internal staff.
- Enter new applications and update the owner bank account information in the system.
- Provide courteous customer service at the AR window by receiving and processing in-person payments.
- Maintain accuracy and accountability in all cash-handling responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two or more years of related accounts receivable or cash-handling experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

- Pay: $18-22/hr DOE
- Location: Honolulu, 96813
- Parking: No parking available, but we provide up to $70 toward a monthly bus pass.
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
