Job Summary The Advanced Warehouse Operator is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations while supporting system functionality. This role includes routine warehouse tasks such as picking parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and walking for extended periods. The position also involves performing operational support to ensure system effectiveness and addressing complex issues to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities Perform general warehouse operations, including picking parts and inventory management. Provide operational support to maintain system accuracy and efficiency. Conduct preventative maintenance and monitor system performance. Troubleshoot system issues and perform authorized changes and upgrades. Facilitate system access and technology setup for new employees. Execute root-cause analysis to address complex issues and enhance operations. Maintain detailed documentation for solutions and system updates. Mentor and coach less experienced team members to ensure operational consistency. Required Qualifications General warehouse experience. Ability to pick and organize parts efficiently. Physical capability to walk for extended periods of time. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with inventory management systems. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving warehouse system issues.
