*What You’ll Do:*
* Manage and develop personal injury cases from intake through resolution
* Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff across multiple departments
* Draft and review legal documents, motions, and client correspondence
* Conduct legal research and participate in case strategy meetings
* Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and build trust
* Help mentor and guide support staff in day-to-day legal operations
* Thrive in a high-volume, high-impact setting
*What You Bring to the Table:*
* *Active license to practice law in Nevada* (Required)
* 2+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred, but not required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines
* A positive, collaborative mindset and commitment to client success
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
