Job Description

Kinetic Events Staffing is seeking brand ambassadors for a multi-day, family-oriented outdoor activation for a popular toy company in Boston, MA, near Faneuil Hall Marketplace, from Wednesday, June 11 to Sunday, June 15.

Job Description

1. This outdoor event is for a well-known toy company near Faneuil Hall Marketplace.


2. Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them through interactive experiences, and maintaining activity stations' cleanliness and organization. Memorizing brand talking points is required. Flexibility to perform various roles on-site is necessary.


3. Pay is $25/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.


4. Meal breaks (30 mins) are unpaid.


5. Staff must wear their own blue denim jeans and comfortable, clean sneakers. A branded t-shirt will be provided.


6. Applicants must pass a comprehensive background check covering all 50 states for felony and sex offender convictions prior to hiring.

Shift Dates & Times (Availability for all days is required)

1. Thursday, May 29, 2025: Virtual Training - Time TBD


2. Wednesday, June 11, 2025: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm


3. Thursday, June 12, 2025: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm


4. Friday, June 13, 2025: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm


5. Saturday, June 14, 2025: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm


6. Sunday, June 15, 2025: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm

Job Requirements

1. Successful completion of a 50-state background check for felony and sex offender convictions.


2. Significant experience in customer-facing roles.


3. Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts (4-12 hours), with rest and meal breaks.


4. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.


5. Punctuality and reliability for all scheduled shifts.


6. Proficiency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.


7. Professional appearance and conduct.


8. Limited phone use during shifts.


9. Compliance with all legal and company policies.

Ideal Candidates

1. Experience in events or hospitality preferred.


2. Flexible and adaptable to changing duties and schedules.


3. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.


4. Tech-savvy and eager to learn new skills.


5. Local to Boston; travel reimbursements are not provided.
