Imagine the Impact You'll Have:

You'll be the architect of our supply chain, defining specifications, selecting suppliers, and negotiating contracts to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery. Your expertise will directly contribute to our operational efficiency and success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic Planning: Define optimal inventory levels to ensure seamless material flow, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Supplier Selection and Partnership: Select suppliers based on product quality and potential for long-term partnerships.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts that include costs, warranties, delivery terms, and performance clauses.
Purchasing Cycle Management: Manage the entire purchasing cycle, from purchase order creation to material consumption.
Supplier Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain open communication channels.
ERP Implementation: Implement and utilize the Enterprise Requirements Planning System.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Challenge the status quo and proactively improve processes for effective execution.
Additional Responsibilities: Take on other duties as assigned to support our growing operations.
What You'll Bring to the Table:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline from an Accredited US Institution.
Experience: 3-7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Demand Planning.
Remote Supplier Management: Experience managing remote suppliers and manufacturers.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!):

Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA.
Certification: Certification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the Association for Supply Chain Management.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of operation and functionality of Business Central.
Essential Qualities:

Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Data Analysis: Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools.
Inventory Management Expertise: Proven knowledge of inventory management principles.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
