Job Responsibilities: Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) and ensure accurate lead placement. Monitor and record patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs. Prepare patients for procedures and explain testing processes clearly. Maintain and calibrate EKG equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to interpret and report findings. Maintain accurate patient records and follow proper documentation protocols. Adhere to all hospital policies and HIPAA regulations. •Requirements Current certification as an EKG Technician (CET or equivalent). Minimum 1 year of EKG experience in a clinical setting preferred.
