Job Details

What You Will Be Doing

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, shaping financial strategy and growth
Lead FP&A, accounting, tax, audit, treasury, and revenue cycle functions
Drive capital structure strategy including financing, partnerships, and investor relations
Build scalable systems and teams to support rapid expansion
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial controls
Collaborate across departments to align financial models with enterprise goals
Represent the organization externally with banks, auditors, and investors
Full-time executive role with flexibility and high autonomy

Skills You Need

Proven CFO or SVP Finance experience in high-growth healthcare setting
Experience leading 50M + Revenue healthcare organization
Expertise in scaling financial strategy
Deep knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and value-based care
Strong capital markets, fundraising, and M&A experience
CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
Exceptional communication and strategic execution skills
High energy, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
