Job Description:
As a Business Operations Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and drive efficiencies that directly impact our enterprise Digital Media quote to contract operations.
What you'll Do - Work with Operational teams, Product Business Units, Pricing Strategy teams, to support and operationalize the Go-To-Market offers
- Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers
- Build and maintain approval and process documentation related to our Enterprise offerings
- Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support
- Actively participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash processes
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members encountering issues or seeking guidance related to quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Investigate reported issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide timely resolutions or escalate to appropriate teams for further assistance.
- Maintain documentation of common issues, resolutions, and user guides to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in system administration tasks such as user management, permission setting, and configuration updates.
What you need to succeed - Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators
- Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- 3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of quote to contract operations, Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Wiki, Workfront and JIRA or equivalent bug management software
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
- Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (3-5 years)
