Job Description
*Overview:*
The CRM Marketing Representative is responsible for developing and executing direct marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue. This role focuses on managing email, direct mail, mobile, and digital marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle-from lead generation to loyalty. The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign execution, marketing automation, and performance analysis.
* Execute CRM campaigns across email, mobile, and digital channels to support business goals.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement lifecycle marketing strategies including acquisition, retention, win-back, and upsell.
* Manage the creative development process: write briefs, coordinate with designers, gather feedback, and ensure legal/compliance approvals.
* Oversee campaign deployment, including QA testing, rendering validation, and troubleshooting.
* Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools; provide insights and optimization recommendations.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Attend internal meetings and represent the CRM team in cross-functional discussions.
* Maintain campaign documentation, including creative mockups, segmentation forms, and testing plans.
Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing, preferably in travel, hospitality, or entertainment.
* Proven success in email marketing from concept to deployment (3+ years).
* Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
