This role requires a skilled communicator who can keep teams aligned, an adaptable leader who thrives in changing environments, and a standard-bearer who ensures every store runs with the same level of excellence. You’ll work side by side with store managers, shaping performance, solving challenges, and creating a unified customer experience across your district. You will also help with store acquisitions and conversions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and coach store managers and sales teams across your region
• Maintain clear and consistent communication to align stores with company goals and standards
• Conduct site visits to ensure brand consistency and operational standardization
• Adapt quickly to challenges, troubleshoot issues, and guide teams toward solutions
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management, ensuring staff growth and accountability
• Analyze district-level results, spot trends, and implement strategies for improvement
• Uphold compliance, loss prevention, and policy execution across all locations
• Foster collaboration, ensuring teams feel supported and empowered to succeed
• Travel and support the Acquisition team regarding new stores entering the Pledge Financial Umbrella

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven retail or customer service leadership experience (multi-unit management preferred)
• Strong communication skills — clear, motivating, and adaptable to different audiences
• Ability to standardize operations while adapting to unique store and customer needs
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Track record of building, motivating, and holding teams accountable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel within the region
