We’re on the hunt for a bold, strategic e-commerce leader ready to take the reins of our global Amazon Marketplace operations and make an immediate impact. In this newly created role, you’ll own the full Amazon ecosystem—from high-level strategy and P&L accountability to the day-to-day levers that drive performance and visibility.

Must have the following:

• 5+ years of proven success managing and scaling a global Amazon Marketplace business
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth within an omni-channel environment
• Deep expertise in Amazon advertising platforms, including PPC and DSP
• Skilled in managing Amazon storefronts and product listings, including SEO, titles, bullet points, and review strategies
• Strong understanding of Amazon logistics, including FBA and Vendor Central operations
• Proficient in keyword research, data analytics, and competitive benchmarking
• Experienced in leading and mentoring exempt-level team members
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate consumer data into actionable business strategies
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to adapt communication style, motivate cross-functional teams, and deliver results

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Lead Amazon Advertising Strategy: Own and execute PPC, DSP, and AMS campaigns across a diverse portfolio of ASINs to maximize visibility and performance.
• Optimize Storefront & Listings: Manage and enhance the Amazon storefront, including A+ content, SEO, and conversion-driving assets to elevate the customer experience.
• Boost Ad Performance Metrics: Continuously improve key advertising KPIs such as ACoS, ROAS, and TACoS through data-driven strategies.
• Align Ads with Supply Chain: Collaborate with operations to synchronize advertising efforts with inventory planning and logistics across FBA, FBM, and Vendor Central.
• Shape Marketplace Strategy: Partner on pricing, reviews, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales and brand engagement.
• Act as Amazon SME: Serve as the go-to expert for all things Amazon, providing strategic leadership and direction to fuel channel growth.
• Execute Campaigns & Promotions: Plan, launch, and manage Sponsored Products campaigns and promotional events to support sales goals.
• Manage Catalog & Forecasting: Oversee product catalog accuracy, develop sales forecasts, and ensure top-tier customer service and seller ratings.
• Turn Strategy into Action: Translate product and brand strategies into high-impact, profitable marketplace initiatives.
• Drive Promotional Planning: Identify key promotional windows and build strategic calendars to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Inventory, Logistics, and Advertising teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
