A leading manufacturer is seeking a qualified Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join their team. This role offers the chance to lead and influence safety initiatives in a dynamic, production-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and committed to fostering a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization. Working closely with leadership, this individual will help shape and strengthen safety programs that support both operational excellence and employee well-being.

Compensation and Hours for the EHS Manager

• Direct Hire
• Hours: 8am to 5:00pm
• $95,000 – $110,000 Salary Depending on experience + Bonus
• Full benefits package offered

Requirements of the EHS Manager

• Proven experience in EHS leadership within a manufacturing setting
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
• Hands-on approach to safety management with a willingness to engage directly on the floor
• Demonstrated ability to promote and sustain a strong safety culture through consistent reinforcement and leadership
• Experience driving continuous improvement in safety programs and practices
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Flexible schedule to support both 1st and 2nd shift operations

Responsibilities of the EHS Manager

• Promote a strong safety culture through active reinforcement and continuous improvement of existing practices
• Actively identify and resolve EHS issues in a hands-on manner
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Rebuild trust and engagement in the safety team following a period of disengagement
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
