We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to build strong client relationships, manage projects, and support account operations in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships
Coordinate internal teams to meet client goals and expectations
Support account planning and execution strategies
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and deliverables
Monitor and track project progress, timelines, and performance metrics
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and client documentation
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to support growth
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
No prior experience required, but internship or relevant coursework is a plus
