Entry-Level Receptionist – Full-Time (Training Provided)
Location: 24640 Jefferson Ave, Murrieta, CA (On-site only)
Training site: Riverside, CA (On-site only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16.50 – $17.50 per hour

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and messages
Schedule client intakes and manage appointment waitlists
Collect co-pays and update client payment authorizations
Maintain accurate client records and data entry
Notify clinicians promptly when clients arrive
Assist with office upkeep (supplies, lobby restocking, light cleaning)
Perform daily closing procedures, including setting the office alarm
Provide coverage for the front desk as needed (occasional early arrival or staying late)
Support other administrative duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
No prior office experience required – training provided
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
