Are you passionate about solar energy and excited to share that passion with others? At AMP Smart Solar, we’re looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team and help homeowners discover the advantages of going solar!

In this role, you’ll be out in the field, connecting directly with customers through door-to-door visits and community engagement. Your mission will be to educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, answer their questions, and guide them to make informed choices that can lead to sustainable energy solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with potential customers through friendly and informative door-to-door interactions.
• Explaining the benefits of AMP Smart Solar products and services clearly and effectively.
• Building trust and rapport with homeowners while addressing their energy needs.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve sales targets and share successful strategies.

Requirements

We're Looking For Individuals Who:

• Have strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor that makes engaging with customers enjoyable.
• Are genuinely passionate about renewable energy and eager to learn more about solar solutions.
• Have prior sales or customer service experience; however, we welcome candidates who are new to sales and eager to grow!
• Possess a self-motivated attitude and a determination to succeed in a competitive atmosphere.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation to travel to neighborhoods.
• Are flexible in their scheduling, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
