Job Description

We are seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 4 to 7 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Food & Beverage Industry Team .

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on FDA regulatory compliance and enforcement matters .
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to provide counsel on complex regulatory issues related to food, beverage, cosmetic, and consumer products .
• Serve as a trusted advisor on compliance strategy, product development, labeling, and marketing issues.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in FDA regulatory matters.
• Experience advising on FDA regulatory compliance and enforcement matters.
• Must be a member of the DC Bar or eligible to waive in.
• Strong academic credentials (J.D. from an accredited law school).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in team-oriented, collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at an Am Law 100 or 200 firm .
• A stable employment history is highly valued.
