We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Assistant to join our growing team. In this unique role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our data is clean, accurate, and readily accessible from the comfort of your home office. You'll also provide critical support to the CEO, acting as a trusted point of contact and assisting with a variety of tasks. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of web developers, designers, and content creators to execute WordPress website projects from concept to completion. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, website requirements, and provide strategic web development solutions. Oversee the development and maintenance of WordPress websites, ensuring they are mobile-responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to web development team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, plugins, and technologies to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of web development capabilities. Maintain clear and open communication with clients regarding project timelines, milestones, and progress updates. Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Implement performance optimization techniques, security measures, and regular updates to enhance website speed and security. Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues that may arise during web development projects. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven 5+ years experience in WordPress web development, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects. Experience managing web development teams and projects, preferably in a digital marketing agency. In-depth knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and customizations. Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and client management skills. Ability to stay updated with industry trends and emerging web technologies. Creative problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to quality.
