Logical Brands is a fast-paced company specializing in delivering powerful brands that delight consumers and retail partners alike within the pet retail space. As we grow, our need for strong design has grown as well. To meet that need, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to help support the pet business in our Nashville, TN Headquarters. This position will be a key artistic player across multiple categories and will work with company stakeholders across design, sales and marketing.

About the Position

We’re seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with exceptional Photoshop expertis e to join our team. This role focuses on designing visually stunning digital and print assets for marketing and packaging, while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in design execution and strategic collaboration, with a strong understanding of how to deliver engagement, education and delight through consumer touchpoints including Packaging, Social Media, Digital Content and Experiential. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in driving our brand’s creative vision and bringing our products to life. In our small but mighty team, you’ll work on a variety of projects spanning marketing, design, and photography. This position requires a meticulous, flexible artist who is passionate about branding, storytelling, and delivering impactful designs in a fast-paced environment. Pets are the majority of our customers; therefore, we are surrounded by furry friends in our office. The perfect candidate must be comfortable working with and around dogs and cats!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will work primarily with the Design Manager and Marketing team. This role will be responsible for the marketing assets with additional duties related to social media content, photo editing, and other design assets requested by the team. This position requires great attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. The right candidate is creative, meticulous and shows great initiative and time management skills. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required. Key responsibilities :

  • Masterful Image Editi ng: Execute advanced photo editing in Photoshop, including background changes, product color adjustments, and seamless integration of products into scenes.
  • Design Excellen ce: Create high-quality e-commerce assets, packaging, and marketing materials that support strategic goals, enhance the customer experience, and align with brand guidelines.
  • Content Creation & Project Manageme nt: Produce premium photography, impactful social media content, and promotional assets while managing multiple projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Brand Consistency & Creativi ty: Follow templates and existing media to maintain brand standards while conceptualizing and translating ideas into visually appealing, cohesive designs .

Experience & Credentials

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Design portfolio showcasing dynamic experience.

Hard Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop.)
  • Familiarity with relevant software, design, and prototyping tools, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent skills in layout, typography, and illustrating concepts that reflects an understanding of consumer communication hierarchies.
  • Ability to take content from concept to creation to execution across social media, e-commerce, and other platforms.

Preferred

Lightroom, After Effects, Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Figma, Keyshot or Blender experience.

Other

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to work in a seated or standing position for over 8 hours a day.

Extended viewing of a computer screen.
