RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Report directly to the marketing manager? Connect and engage with members of the community
? Contribute marketing ideas and help plan events for members and staff ? Rock and model Rumble retail/gear for social media ? Represent brand values inside and outside the studios? Conduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individuals needs and wants
? Participate in special events (including, but not limited to: health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community, and hospital events) to promote the club
? Create and manage on-brand, creative content for social media channels? Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
? Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
? Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
? Goal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail ? Possess an outgoing and friendly personality, while maintaining a professional attitude and approach? Must respect all ages, races, genders, religions, and orientations
? Must adhere to company policies and procedures? Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
? Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
? Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
? Must have proficient computer skills
? Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
? Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week
? Flexible schedule required ? Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to-and-from work ? Must be willing to submit to background check and drug test * Fluent in Spanish desired *
