Job Description

The primary purpose of this position is to research and respond to taxpayer

inquiries identify and research issues and draft documents

Describe this positions Essential Functions: (Tasks duties and responsibilities of

1. Prepare proofread and forward various Judgment Payoffs. e.g. standard

payoffs deficiency payoffs strikeoff payoffs private resale payoffs &

bankruptcy payoffs etc.

2. Prepare various releases of judgment e.g. standard Partial sold or Resale

clouding title on homesteaded etc.

3. Handle all phone calls and emails related to payoff and release. Also assist

in answering the Post Judgment mail line.

4. Research and Prepare a Release of Judgment from the JP list (twice a year).

5. Prepare payment plans requested by taxpayers.

6. Process all the copies of checks resulting from the payoff and prepare the

release.

7. Help walkin customers when needed.

8. Review files for sale (based on the availability of time).

9. Any other duties assigned by the manager or attorneys that may involve

responsibilities such as customer service client reporting or tasks related to

departmental administrative duties

Describe the Physical Demands & Work Environment

1. While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required

to sit and talk or hear.

2. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to finger handle

or feel objects tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

3. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 20 pounds.

4. Specific vision ability is required to adjust focus.
