About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the backbone of our customer experience, the friendly face that guides our customers through the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle. We'll equip you with everything you need to match customers with their perfect vehicle based on their needs and tastes.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate lasting relationships to build a lifelong clientele.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles using consultative sales techniques.
• Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Maintain positivity and resilience, even when faced with objections.
• Regularly report to the sales manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
