You will work collaboratively with the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store. This is a generalist role, responsible for all day-to-day P&C administrative activity. This is what you can expect to be responsible for, day-to-day:

P&C Administrators must have English language proficiency necessary to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and colleagues and to understand health and safety instructions.

The pay range for this role is: $26.00-$31.00. This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The base pay rate offered will account for internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
