As a Pest Control Technician , you will be responsible for working with a variety of customers in the residential space. By providing quality services and identifying solutions to pest problems you’ll help our customers to protect their homes, properties and businesses by maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Our comprehensive PAID TRAINING program is designed to provide the tools and resources for you to be one of the best in your field – no prior experience required! Once in an established route, this role offers flexible scheduling and ownership of the customer accounts you service.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $45,000-$67,400 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
