World Bankcard Services is a leading independent ISO specializing in merchant payment solutions, POS systems, and integrated mobile applications. We partner directly with Fiserv (First Data) and other major processors to deliver seamless payment and technology experiences for our merchants nationwide.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Processing Department Specialist to join our operations team. This individual will handle all aspects of merchant onboarding, risk and compliance monitoring, and back-end processing functions using Fiserv/First Data, AccessOne , and other related systems. The ideal candidate has prior ISO or processor operations experience and understands how to manage daily processing workflows from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage merchant boarding and account maintenance through AccessOne and related Fiserv portals.
• Oversee ACH rejects, retrievals, and chargeback recoveries , ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor fraud, risk, and transaction alerts , coordinating with underwriting when required.
• Maintain and track PCI compliance status across merchant portfolios.
• Handle monthly billing, statement corrections, and rate adjustments as needed.
• Support batch settlements, file uploads, and terminal / VAR / TID setups .
• Coordinate with processor and sponsor bank teams on technical and compliance issues.
• Generate and reconcile internal reports for management review.
• Provide back-office operational support for sales and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in merchant processing or payment operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fiserv/First Data platforms (AccessOne, ClientLine, OmniPay, etc.).
• Familiarity with ACH recovery, chargeback management, and PCI compliance tracking .
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling confidential data with discretion.
• Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools.

Preferred Background

• Previous employment at a registered ISO, MSP, or payment processor .
• Experience supporting POS or gateway integrations (Clover, Authorize.Net, etc.) .
• Understanding of interchange pricing, residual structures, and transaction lifecycle .

Compensation

$55,000 - $70,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional performance-based bonuses may apply.
