Here at Talta Lodge, we are anticipating a busy winter season for our F & B department.

You will be in charge of taking drink orders, recommending beer and wine, preparing traditional and unique mixed drinks, and maintaining the bar area so it is clean and sanitary at all times. $18 - $20

• Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations
• Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more
• Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages
• Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
• Proven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentality
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
