The Position: The Salesforce Administrator intern position at ISN will carry out various analytical, project management and technical functions to successfully execute large-scale and strategic customer relationship management projects with the goal of improving the experience for ISN customers and employees. It requires that one be a self-starter, organized, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with the day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization. At the close of their internship, they will present their findings and final products to the Team Management and Supervisors. Who should apply? Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience Salesforce Administrator Certification - preferred Good understanding of the Salesforce product suite, with experience in the following Clouds preferred: Sales, Service, Revenue (CPQ and Billing), Experience (formerly Community) etc. Hands-on experience with administrative functions in Salesforce Lightning including user management and security controls Hands-on experience with custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, flows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports and dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Job Location: 3232 McKinney Ave Ste 1500, Dallas, TX 75204. You will be required to come into the office each day during this internship to allow for team collaborations, training, events, and meetings. Internship Start Date: June 2, 2025 (ending August 8, 2025) Compensation: $25.00 per hour with 40 hours anticipated per week, paid bi-weekly.
