Location: Downtown Cleveland, OH
MetLife Legal Plans is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Center Representatives to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
About the Role
As a Client Service Representative , you’ll be the voice of our mission to deliver the world’s best legal service for working families. You’ll handle inbound calls, support digital tools, and help members navigate their legal plan benefits with clarity and care.

Training & Work Schedule
Training: 4 weeks onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Post-Training: 2 additional months onsite, then potential transition to hybrid (3 remote / 2 in-office days)
Shifts After Training: Randomly assigned Monday–Friday shifts (no weekends):
