Ensure that products produced to run processes meet the business and testing requirements of the business and external partners before user acceptance testing occurs. Design, evaluate, review, and test functionality, reporting, and interfaces to support business requirements. Perform complex modifications to existing software applications according to specifications and standards. Review effort to ensure compliance with application standards. Troubleshoot and resolve problems and complex issues. Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures caused by software code or configuration, using system knowledge and maintenance tools. Ensure application is designed, configured, and deployed within contractual software licensing constraints. Education and Experience Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 7 years of related experience. Required Skills Experience developing EDI operations for accurate translations, secure transactions, and ERP integration, following industry standards and security protocols. Experience implementing logging and alerting mechanisms to identify and address EDI transmission errors using OpenText/Internal Automation Tools. Utilizing scripting and automation tools within Gentran/OpenText to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks. Executing integration, system, regression, and unit testing with external trading partners and internal units to ensure data integrity. Coordinating ERP backend tables and interfaces for EDI and liaising with warehouses for transaction accuracy and smooth operations. Work Environment This is a 100% remote position.
