Job Description

We’re an early-stage startup on a mission to transform healthcare. Backed by top-tier investors, we’re looking for an exceptional Product Designer to join as one of our first two full-time designers. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment—shaping not just the product, but the design culture and process from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design process—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and handoff
• Turn ambiguous product ideas into simple, intuitive experiences that drive real user value
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and the CEO to define and iterate on core product experiences
• Design user interfaces for complex workflows with clarity and simplicity
• Contribute to the early design system and influence how design is practiced across the company

Required Skills:

• 4–5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally at product-led growth startups or top design orgs
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered thinking, visual clarity, and your direct impact on shipped features
• Skilled in UX and UI with a focus on simplicity, usability, and polish
• Comfortable operating with high ownership in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience designing for web apps (mobile-only experience is not a fit)

Compensation :

• $160k - $220k base salary
