Compensation: $180k - $220k + competitive equity
We're building a next-generation product from the ground up, redefining how teams interact with large-scale data through seamless, real-time workflows. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll play a central role in shaping this product, collaborating closely with Product and Design to bring innovative features to life. This is a chance to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a talented, entrepreneurial team.
Collaborate with Product & Design to build scalable, user-friendly applications that handle complex data workflows.
Design and implement GraphQL APIs on top of large data sources, ensuring performance and reliability.
Develop across the stack with a 60/40 backend/frontend split , shipping impactful features that drive customer engagement.
Proactively troubleshoot and solve issues with a strong focus on delivering customer value.
Apply strong product and UX instincts to ensure that every feature shipped improves the user experience.
5- 8 years of experience in full-stack development.
If closer to 5 years, clear evidence of strong career progression.Startup experience, ideally within high-growth, VC backed companies .
Background in building web applications that manage large amounts of data (CRM-style platforms a plus).
Degree in Computer Science (preferably from a top-tier institution).
Strong backend and frontend experience (Python, GraphQL, React, Go).
Experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs for large datasets.
Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor and a curiosity for applying AI in engineering workflows.
Strong Get Shit Done (GSD) mentality, independent, pragmatic, and outcome-driven.
Excellent product sense with a focus on usability and customer value.
Clear, concise communicator able to break down complex concepts.
