You will lead a team of Bioprocessing Account Managers (BAMs) to develop new opportunities and expand the commercial market for our products. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our growth and contribute to the success of our three main divisions: Single use Technologies Division (SUD), Biologics and Chemicals Division (BCD), and Process Liquids and Purification Division (PPA). *Key Responsibilities:* Partner with General Managers to ensure representation of their respective business units. Foster collaboration and interaction between BAM colleagues and internal working partners. Develop and implement strategies for BPG, including competitive analysis and sales techniques. Drive new product introduction and important messaging activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Provide commercial leadership, guidance, and mentorship in various sales situations. Facilitate connections and standard methodologies between territories and global sites within the Bioproduction Group, while maintaining focus on each division.
