Job Details
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports, including financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections.
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with government and labor union regulations.
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Obtain and track lien waivers from vendors and subcontractors.
Help in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate payments and compliance with contractual agreements.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited and credentialed degree program.
At least two years of experience working in accounting or payroll for a construction, engineering, or architectural firm.
Familiarity with accounting principles, financial systems, and payroll software.
Experience with Prevailing Wage Certified Payroll and California Labor laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and general office skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
