Job Description

Luminize Marketing is seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to play a pivotal role in the success of our clients’ brands on Amazon. This is an opportunity to shape supply chain strategies in a dynamic e-commerce environment, leveraging data-driven insights to drive efficiency and growth. As part of our team, you’ll be essential in ensuring our clients' products are consistently available, competitively priced, and efficiently managed within Amazon’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Supply Chain Operations: Conduct cost/benefit analyses to refine strategies, vendor partnerships, and operational decisions, aiming for best-in-class service for our clients.

  • Data-Driven Forecasting: Analyze historical data and market trends to anticipate product demand and set optimal inventory levels, maximizing success on Amazon.

  • Purchase Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of purchase orders, managing vendor communication, order placements, and coordinating deliveries for seamless fulfillment.

  • FBA Inventory Management: Refine FBA inventory processes, implementing smart storage, replenishment, and order fulfillment strategies to minimize costs and improve client outcomes.

  • Long-Term Forecasting: Develop and execute forecasting models that support both tactical and strategic decision-making, resource planning, and alignment with business goals.

  • Pricing Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with pricing and marketing teams to design and implement data-informed pricing strategies that enhance profitability and competitiveness within Amazon’s marketplace.

  • Supply Chain Cost Optimization: Assess and optimize supply chain costs, including shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment fees, ensuring sustainable and profitable operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, or logistics, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment.

  • Data Analysis Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Tableau, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

  • Supply Chain Management Software : Experience with software like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central/FBA operations are highly preferred.

  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of solving complex problems and driving impactful results through data analysis and strategic thinking.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration with pricing, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Detail-Oriented: A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements with a strong attention to detail.
