Job Description: Quality Director/HIPAA & Compliance Officer.
Certification (RIMS-CRMP or CPHRM) required within 1 year of hire.
Lean/Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt) preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, risk management frameworks, and HIPAA requirements.
Previous experience in performance improvement, compliance, and risk preferred.
EMR: Meditech Expanse.
Quality Coordinator (RN) Patient Safety/Risk Officer (RN) Infection Control Nurse Patient Advocate/Patient Experience Coordinator (Inpatient & Outpatient) Information System Analyst Abstractor.
Required Qualifications:
1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
