Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay: $19-$20/hour

Location: 100% in office

Job Title: Vault Teller

Job Duties/Description

• Operate teller window per bank procedures with excellent customer service
• Manage cash vault and ensure adequate coin/currency supply
• Follow strict vault security protocols
• Process deposits, loan, and credit card payments accurately
• Maintain balanced cash drawer daily
• Report suspicious activity to appropriate staff
• Cross-sell bank products and services
• Uphold department security and manage working/reserve cash levels
• Ensure vault content security
• Prepare shipments to the Federal Reserve
• Fill currency/coin orders; buy/sell cash to/from tellers
• Handle transactions (withdrawals, deposits, money orders, etc.) accurately and promptly

Requirements

• Teller/banking and cash handling experience required
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Basic math skills
